EX3 Special (お兄ちゃんはおしまい!EX3, Onii-chan wa Oshimai! EX3) is the third and final EX Special Edition volume of Onimai: I'm Now Your Sister!. It contains an exclusive chapter, as well as a corresponding Drama CD. It was originally released on August 15, 2020.

- Although this volume has not been given an English release, the included chapter has an unofficial English translation available for download from DLSite in a bundle with the other two EX Special chapters.
- According to Nekotofu, the COVID-19 Pandemic made it difficult to record for a simultaneous publication, and that put the release of the EX Specials and new Drama CDs on hold for the time being. A new Drama CD wouldn't be released until the release of the Tankōbon Volume 8 Drama CD on November 27, 2023.
