Mahiro's Cheer Wear (まひろと晴れ姿, Mahiro To Haresugata) is Chapter 69.5 of Onimai: I'm Now Your Sister!. It was originally published in Doujinshi Volume 23 which was released on December 31, 2022.

Summary[]

Mihari asks Mahiro how field day went.

Plot[]

Coming home from field day, Mahiro announces that she's home. Mihari welcomes Mahiro back and asks how it went. Mahiro flashes a 'V for Victory' hand sign and says that her team won the day. She then lies on the couch and notes that winning doesn't mean anything to her, but that it does feel nice to win for once. Mihari is impressed and suggests that they have steak tonight as a reward. Mahiro asks if Mihari thinks that she's a little kid.

Mihari notes that she wishes that she could've seen it, but knows that crashing a junior high field day is a little too helipcopter parent. Mihari then says that she should've made Mahiro a grade-schooler, which Mahiro takes offense to. Mihari admits that she was just kidding, but Mahiro tells her not to joke about stuff like that.

Mahiro leans back on the couch in relief, noting that she's actually glad that Mihari didn't come as she didn't want Mihari to see her in that cheer uniform. All of a sudden, Mihari gets a ding on her phoe and squeaks, which Mahiro takes notice of. Mihari just recieved a picture of Mahiro in the cheer uniform and calls it very cute much to Mahiro's shock.

Mihari is amazed that Mahiro was a cheerleader at the event and wants to know everything. Mahiro asks Mihari where she even got that photo. It is revealed that Momiji at the event asked Mahiro if she could take a picture of her in the cheer uniform. Momiji then sent it to Kaede who loved it so much that she sent it to Mihari. Mahiro realizes that it went through the guardian network.

Mihari suddenly starts crying, which Mahiro says isn't necessary. Breaking out into a full wail, Mihari wishes that she could've seen it in person, much to Mahiro's exasperation.

To appease Mihari, Mahiro dresses up in the cheer unifrom again for her, noting that it's fine since Mihari wanted to see it so bad that she was in tears. Mihari is left in shock at being able to see it in person.
