Mahiro and the Comrade's Return Again (まひろと凱旋再び, Mahiro To Gaisen Futatabi) is Chapter 50.5 of Onimai: I'm Now Your Sister!. It was originally published in Doujinshi Volume 17 which was released on May 2, 2021.

Mahiro decides to take advantage of the fact that her "comrade" has temporarily returned.
Plot[]
Shortly after taking a new dose of the feminization drug, Mahiro goes to her room all gloomy. As she begins to strip out of her school unifrom, she sighs and notes that there is no use crying over taken medicine, and bids farewell to her "comrade", hoping to see it again.
As she's left in nothing but her underwear and shirt, Mahiro realizes that her "comrade" still lives, remembering that the medicine takes effect overnight.
Mahiro starts to grin devilishly. She notes that she is in her own private room and in peak condition, noting that this is the opportunity of a lifetime. She fires up her computer and opens up an eroge game in delight.
Mahiro gets excited when the eroge begins, but notes that her "comrade" isn't responding. She asks her "comrade" what's wrong and yells "on your feet soldier", but nothing happens much to her shock.
Mahiro is then seen crying under her covers. Mihari tries to comfort her, saying that it was the medicine's fault.

- The events of this chapter take place directly after the events of the previous chapter "Mahiro and Swim Class (Part 2)".
- Mahiro references when Mihari told her that the medicine's effect activates overnight in "Mahiro's Panic! At the Hot Spring (Part 2)".
- This chapter marks the second time that Mahiro tries, and fails to take advantage of her comrade after it returns. The first time was in "Mahiro and the Comrade's Return".
