Mahiro and the Harem (まひろとハーレム, Mahiro To Hāremu) is a special chapter of Onimai: I'm Now Your Sister!. It was originally published in Collected Works Volume 6 which was released on December 31, 2022.

Mahiro realizes that her new life can be considered a harem.
Plot[]
Mahiro is reading the first edition of Harem Academy, a manga series about harems. As she finishes it and shuts it, she lets out a sigh of delight and notes that one can't go wrong with harems. She thinks how men's hopes and dreams fill those pages, and gushes over the idea of being surrounded by doting and adorable girls day and night. All of a sudden, imaging all of her new friends, Mahiro realizes that she very well might have a harem of her own going on right now. She then quickly tries to shut out the thoughts calling them blasphemous, but decides that it's okay as long as she's simply imagining it.
Mahiro tries to picture what it would be like to go out with one of them. She first imagines Mihari, but then decides that she's out of the question for obvious reasons and demands a changeover.
Mahiro moves onto Kaede as an option. She says that Kaede is the domestic type and so kind, and above all else has such devastating power, represented by her ample bust.
Mahiro admits though that Miyo won't go down without a fight either. Mahiro realizes that although she hadn't though about it before, Miyo's interests line up with hers as well, represented by their shared love of yuri manga. Mahiro decides that that must be critical in a relationship.
Mahiro decides that Momiji might turn out to be quite the mark, as she hadn't thought about how cute she might be. In the thought, Momiji dresses in a cute outfit saying that since the date is a date she decided that she may as well dress up for it. Mahiro realizes that this is a pure expression of gap moe.
Mahiro struggles to find a connection with Asahi, but realizes that she'd certaintly make for a fun time.
Mahiro notes that Nayuta is certaintly the devoted type, but that she might be a tad unhinged. This is represented by her ironing a shirt and then lovingly smelling it afterwards saying that it'll be their little secret. Mahiro notes, despite her delusion, that there's still nothing wrong with a twisted relationship.
Lying in bed, Mahiro notes that there is no way that she could possibly choose, as everyone has their own appeals and all of them are good. As Mahiro giggles and falls asleep, it's noted that these outrageous delusions darkened along with the night.
The next day at school, Asahi say good morning to Mahiro. Mahiro doesn't repsond though, as she's trembling with her hands covering her face. Miyo wonders what's wrong with her, and Momiji notes that she's been like this all day. Mahiro notes to herself that she can't possibly look any of them in the eyes after that, as it's crazy for her to consider a middle-schooler as her romantic partner.
Nayuta notes that Mahiro is at a complicated time of her development, which Asahi considers very weird.
