Mihari's Lunch (みはりとお弁当, Mihari To Obentō) is a bonus chapter of Onimai: I'm Now Your Sister!. It was originally published in Doujinshi Volume 8 which was released on February 17, 2019.

Mihari prepares lunch for herself and Mahiro.
Plot[]
At 6 AM, Mihari wakes up and puts on an apron telling herself that it is time to make lunch. She notes that it's a hassle to prepare a boxed lunch every morning, but it's worth it since Mahiro is working hard in her own way as well. If she makes one for herself at the same time, she'll save on eating lunch out.
Looking at the final product, Mihari decides that she didn't make the side dishes colorful enough. Using her perfectionism, she decides to make the rice cute to add some visual appeal. The end result shows and image of Mihari on the left, Mahiro on the right, and a heart shape between them with the word "love" ("Mihari Loves Mahiro").
Mihari wipes her forehead in relief at being done, then realizes in horror that this could mistaken as a present for her boyfriend instead of her brother, meaning that she can't give this to Mahiro. She decides to instead swap it for her own.
She gives the swapped lunch to Mahiro who accepts it. Later, while eating it, Mahiro cheers over there being so much meat in the lunch, ignorant of sister's feelings.
At Mihari's university, Mihari can't bring herself to eat the "lovey" lunch in front of other people. Her faculty advisor Chitose Azuma looks on in confusion at Mihari's angst.
