Mihari's Research Lab (みはりの研究室, Mihari No Kenkyūshitsu) is a special chapter of Onimai: I'm Now Your Sister!. It was originally published exclusively in the Good Night Onii-chan! doujinshi included with the special edition of Tankōbon Volume 7 which released on January 31, 2023.

Mihari has fun with her labmates at the University.
Plot[]
On day, Mihari shows up for work at her lab at the University. She says good morning and is greeted by her labmates Arika and Tsubasa who say good morning back to her. Arika notes that Mihari is always glowing as usual, while Tsubasa asks Mihari if she wants a snack; offering her some Pocky.
Mihari cringes over the two of them treating her like a little kid again. She notes for the record that the three of them are supposed to be peers and asks them to please refrain from indulging others. Arika and Tsubasa laugh and apologize.
Chitose notes that it looks like everyone's getting along today. Mihari is shocked by Chitose's disheveled appearance with glazed over eyes and asks her if she's okay. Chitose admits that she hasn't slept in three days. Arika notes that Chitose might be quite tired, while Tsubasa offers her a drink. Chitose asks what it is, and Tsubasa says that it's the newly developed "It'll keep you going even after three days of no sleep" drug. Chitose asks Tsubasa if she's trying to kill her, then cries on Mihari's shoulder noting that everyone is bullying her. Mihari notes to Chitose that she's hopeless and tells her to go and take a nap. As Chitose goes to do so, Arika notes that "Mom" makes an appearance, which Tsubasa agrees with.
In the evening, Nayuta pops into the lab. Mihari is happy to see her, and Nayuta explains that she's here to pick Chitose up. Arika giggles and notes that Chitose is in the middle of an afternoon nap. Tsubasa offers to show Nayuta the way, but Nayuta says that she already knows where the nap room is.
Mihari then wonders how Nayuta and Chitose are related. Arika says that she heard that they are half-sisters, and Mihari is amazed. She then gets angry and tells Arika not to go dropping new info in the middle of a limited-edition booklet. Arika realizes her mistake and apologizes, while Tsubasa is confused by the use of the term booklet.
Arika notes that Mihari got mad at them, after which Tsuabas points out that it's inevitable as they are new characters.
Asahi suddenly appears and points out that her older brother is a new character as well, telling everyone that his name is Yuya.
