Locations[]
Outside/Front of House[]
Outside the front door is a small enclosed deck with a few steps leading to the street, there is also a yard enclosed in a fence. On the right sidee of the house is a car parked beneath a canopy with a gate that leads out of the yard. Around the left side of the house is several trees and flowerbed, the latter of which was once tended to by Matsuri, but is now being taken care of by Mihari and Mahiro. The two also used this area to grow watermelons in pots when Mahiro expressed interest in doing so.
Living Room/Kitchen[]
Coming into the house, there is a hallway that leads to a connected kitchen and living room area. It is here that Mihari prepares the meals of the house, and Mahiro tends to goof off when not in her room. There is also a hallway that connects to the bath and a stairway that leads upstairs.
First Bathroom[]
The bathroom is a standard style Japanese bath with a shower and a separate tub all in the same room. Outside the bath is a sink and a toilet. Mahiro and Mihari use this area to bathe.
Second Bathroom[]
On the second floor is a second bathroom, consisting of a small room with a sink and toilet. Mahiro and Mihari use this when they are upstairs.
Mihari's Room[]
Closer to the bathroom is Mihari's room.
Mahiro's Room[]
At the end of the hall is Mahiro's room. It contains shelves filled with manga, figurines, and video games. On one wall lies a TV next to a computer, both of which Mahiro uses to play games. The room is typically kept in an untidy state, but Mahiro occasionally cleans it up if Mihari orders it or if she's expecting company.
Trivia[]
- When Asahi was occupying the restroom upstairs during her birthday party, Mahiro didn't go anywhere else even though this house is supposed to have two toilets (one upstairs and one downstairs). The author Nekotofu mentions this contradiction, jokingly saying that the toilet on the first floor must have been out of order.[1]
