Perfect Onee-chan (パーフェクトお姉ちゃん, Pāfekuto Ojichan) is a special chapter of Onimai: I'm Now Your Sister!. It was originally published exclusively in the Good Night Onii-chan! doujinshi included with the special edition of Tankōbon Volume 7 which released on January 31, 2023.

Kaede does her best to stay in bed.
Plot[]
On a Sunday morning, Kaede lies in bed with a large smile on her face. Momiji opens the curtains in Kaede's room telling her that's moring, but Kaede refuses to move saying that it's Sunday. Momiji tells Kaede that she can be very lazy sometimes, and Kaede says that everything is done in moderation.
Kaede appears to rise from under the covers, and Momiji asks her if she's finally awake. All of a sudden, Kaede encases Momiji and herself in her blanket, much to Momiji's surprise. Kaede suggests to Momiji that they warm up together, and Momiji notes that Kaede is acting like such a baby. Momiji doesn't fight it though, and soon enough the two asleep together under the covers all cozy.
Some time later, the doorbell rings and Momiji gets up believing it to be a delivery. As she walks away, Momiji tells Kaede to make sure to get out of bed. Kaede refuses, and calls out to Momiji. When Momiji doesn't come back, Kaede ends up pouting.
The doorbell rings again and Momiji tells whoever's there that it'll just be a sec. Looking through the doorbell camera, Momiji notes that it's just Asahi. When Momiji opens the door, Asahi tries to pull her out saying that they should play. Momiji says that they will, but tells Asahi to just come in for now.
Hearing Asahi's voice causes Kaede to suddenly wake up.
As they walk down the hallway, Asahi suggests to Momiji that they do some pro-wrestling, an idea that Momiji declines.
Asahi opens the door to Kaede's bedroom, and finds her fully-dressed, with her hair and makeup done, sipping a cup of tea. Kaede says good morning to Asahi, leaving Momiji and Asahi astounded.
Asahi says that Kaede always looks so mature, while Momiji laughs at how quickly Kaede was able to get ready. Kaede sniff her tea and breathes a sigh of relief that Asahi didn't catch her with her hair down.

Trivia[]
- Asahi references the adult magazine she found in "Asahi and Nii-chan" by suggesting that she and Momiji do some pro-wrestling which is what her brother Yuya claimed the magazine was about.
- Kaede unintentionally references how she doesn' like unexpected company as she doesn't like anyone outside her family seeing her with a lazy-day look, a fact that was previously seen in "Mahiro the Patissier".
