Yotsuba University (四葉大学, Yotsuba Daigaku) is a college in Onimai. It is the place where Mihari Oyama decided to start attending college after skipping over high school. Kaede Hozuki also enrolled here following her high school graduation. Chitose Azuma oversees a scientific research laboratory known as Azuma Lab here, where Mihari, Arika Tachimi, and Tsubasa Inui work under her. It was in this lab that Mihari developed the Feminization Drug needed to initiate the "Onii-chan Rehabilitation Project", and continues to oversee the project's progression with Chitose's assistance. It is also connected to Yotsuba University Affiliated Junior High School, and it is because of this that Mahiro Oyama was able to start attending middle school as a girl there.

Azuma Lab[]
Inside the college is a scientific research lab led by Chitose Azuma. Mihari Oyama, Arika Tachimi, and Tsubasa Inui work here.
Cafe Clover[]
On the campus is a coffee shop known as Cafe Clover. It is a site for students to get brewed drinks and food. Mihari and Kaede came here to chat on Kaede's first day attending the college.
Early History[]
At some point, Chitose Azuma started working at the college and headed a research lab on the campus. Sometime later, Arika Tachimi and Tsubasa Inui started working under her.
After Mihari jumped ahead several grades to start attending college early, she enrolled here. Within fifteen months, she became a part of Chitose's research lab and began developing the Feminization Drug to initiate her "Onii-chan Rehabilitation Project". She failed to do so on her own, but Chitose eventually found out about it and made several key contributions to perfecting the drug.
